Please Note: Rural Delivery incurs an additional charge    + $4

 

The delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 2 to 4 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order.

 

We use Post Haste for all our domestic deliveries. Sometimes we request a signature. When you place your order, please supply a physical address (no PO Boxes) such as a workplace or a residence. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

 

Once Post Haste has picked up your order from our store, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track the journey of your order via the Post Haste website.

 

AFD Store takes no responsibility for attempted deliveries. If your parcel is returned to AFD Store after the collection period lapses, a redelivery fee will be charged.

Returns

If received goods do not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When you return goods to us, we'll pay the return postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging. Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please phone us on +64 3 572 8022 or email as soon as possible, and we will cancel your order. Once orders have shipped, you will need to please return your item back to us and we will then process a refund. 

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
